Please go to the “Available Units” tab, click on the unit that you are interested in, and click “APPLY NOW”.
What is the income requirement to qualify for an apartment at the Ocean House?
We require tenants to make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (after taxes) as reflected in combined household wage income. Additionally, we conduct credit checks and background checks. All future residents are required to upload to the application their 2 most recent full and complete bank statements in PDF format. Management also reserves the right to ask for additional supporting documentation to make an accurate determination of household income. Ocean House complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to, the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq., as amended (“FHA”), as well as any similar applicable state and local laws regarding fair housing and discrimination. Consistent with this policy, Ocean House does not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by applicable state and local laws.
Do units have washers and dryers?
We have a wide variety of units with various amenities. Select units have washers and dryers in unit. Additionally, we have three common area spaces with washers and dryers.
Are pets allowed?
We are a pet-friendly community with certain breed restrictions. Applicable pet fees and pet rent will apply. There is a maximum of 2 pets per home.
I am interested in renting a few months from now, will you have units available?
We do not know what our availability will be in the future however you are welcome to pre-apply to our community. We regularly keep a waitlist for approved applicants.
Do you allow short-term rentals?
Our lease terms run from 7 to 12 months.
